- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in a high-growth
- company.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
- at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Solid understanding of performance management and employee development
- practices.
- Proficient in HR software systems and MS Office suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

HR Recruit is looking for an experienced HR professional to join our fast-growing SME. This newly established, stand-alone role will report directly to the Senior Leadership team. Our forward thinking, innovative organisation offers significant potential for future role development. Your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of human resources within the organisation. Your focus will be on creating a positive work environment, fostering strong employer-employee relations, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
You will need to travel to the office 1 day per week.
