We are looking to recruit a Client Sales Co-ordinator to join a friendly estate agency team in their Topsham office.
The Client Sales Co-ordinator role will involve providing support to the Sales Negotiators through sales chasing, telephone answering, office cover, viewings management, client liaison and general office administration duties.
This busy office-based role would suit someone who has some estate agency/property experience and computer skills with experience of photoshop type software being an advantage.
Typical duties will include:
- undertaking general office administration duties
- producing sales details.
- Booking viewings
- sales progression management
- personable, confident but professional when dealing with the public
- friendly 'can do' attitude
- excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to produce documents quickly and accurately
- good organisational skills
- good IT skills
- ability to deal with customers in a friendly positive and enthusiastic manner
- some agency experience preferred including managing viewings, production of brochures, dealing with clients, chasing sales, preparing paperwork etc
