My client - a leading price comparison website are currently recruiting for an Affiliate Account Manager to join their team.


What you will actually do -

  • Manage relationships with key broadband providers, cultivating strong and lasting relationships at all levels through personalised contact and understanding the needs of their businesses
  • Responsible for selling promotional placements across the site ensuring delivery against budget
  • Seek out opportunities to create additional value across all verticals
  • Ensuring the business has access to market leading offers, on an exclusive basis where appropriate
  • Identify and take advantage of commercial opportunities, while also working closely with internal colleagues and external provider contacts to plan and execute longterm growth initiatives
  • Agreeing new contracts with providers and securing beneficial commercial terms, providing and facilitating technical support with tracking integration where appropriate
  • Build strong internal relationships
  • Project management, responsible for managing and supporting key internal projects such as Black Friday and seasonal product launches
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of providers against specific KPIs
  • Contribute the trading process for broadband and related products, ensuring that actions are identified and followed up
  • Use data to identify trends, insights and opportunities, and optimize activity accordingly
  • Contribute to monthend processes, ensuring correct figures are reported to Finance

What you will need -

  • A good understanding of affiliate marketing
  • 2 years account management experience, preferably in a digital environment
  • Experience of scaling commercial accounts
  • Be commercially focussed, relentlessly pursuing KPIs
  • Be highly analytical and adept at utilising data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Have experience in working in commercial contracts
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical aspects of a role
  • Be professional, organised, deadline driven and demonstrate attention to detail in oral and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport and develop strong relationships externally
This role is paying a basic salary up to £45,000, 20% performance related bonus and extensive benefits. My client is open to hybrid working - 2 days in the office each week.
