Our client a well established company based in Saunderton is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator.


You will be responsible for the daily accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, providing information for tax returns and will assist the Business Operations Manage with month end and annual audit procedures.

Will consider 4 day per week


FULL OR PART TIME

Job Description:


  • Processing of Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Checking and coding invoices
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Bank and statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with general accounts queries
  • Assisting with the month end process
  • Credit control
  • Other ad hoc Finance and Office admin duties

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts environment
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers and strong math skills
  • Good organisational and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and ensure accuracy with highly confidential materials
