Electrical Project Manager


Location:
London


Pay:
£300-£350 a day


They will project manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that the completed project is fit for use, finished on time and in budget.

To project manage delegated E&M elements of other tasks as required.


Main duties:

  • Extraction of the brief from the client
- supervise production and sign-off of designs and specifications
- liaise with consultants, contractors, stakeholders and financial advisors during all parts of the construction to keep projects on track and fit for purpose.

  • Ensure full commissioning, handover and inclusion into the planned preventative maintenance system.
  • Ensure tight cost control.
