We're looking for a
Contracts Administrator to join a team based in
Hazel Grove specialising in bespoke installations for a variety of building types.


Catering to a diverse client base, they operate across the UK, adapting their services to suit each project's specific requirements.


What's on offer?
- £25,000 - £30,000 per year

  • Friday 8:00am 4:30pm

What will you be doing as a Contracts Administrator?

  • Managing and monitoring project timelines using Excel
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project deliver
  • Handling general administrative duties to support project operations
  • Facilitating equipment hiring and managing related processes
  • Preparing and generating quotes for projects
  • Utilising templates for calculations and data processing
  • Coordinating and sending out paint system approvals

What do you need?

  • Previous administration experience
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office programmes
  • Familiarity with construction processes (desirable)
