We're looking for a
Contracts Administrator to join a team based in
Hazel Grove specialising in bespoke installations for a variety of building types.
Catering to a diverse client base, they operate across the UK, adapting their services to suit each project's specific requirements.

- Friday 8:00am 4:30pm

What will you be doing as a Contracts Administrator?
- Managing and monitoring project timelines using Excel
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project deliver
- Handling general administrative duties to support project operations
- Facilitating equipment hiring and managing related processes
- Preparing and generating quotes for projects
- Utilising templates for calculations and data processing
- Coordinating and sending out paint system approvals
What do you need?
- Previous administration experience
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office programmes
- Familiarity with construction processes (desirable)
