I am working with a local organisation who are looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team - this role is a generalist management role, it is a great time to join the business with lots of positive change happening and project plans inplace relating to reward, wellbeing and benefits.

More about the role

Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
Guiding Managers through ER cases, liaising with the external employment law consultant where necessary
Leading on all absence and performance management
Talent attraction and retention
All HR administration for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and induction for new starters.
Reviewing and updating of HR policies and processes
Planning learning initiatives for employees
Leading on a variety of HR projects such as handbook reviews, engagement, retention and internal communications
Working with the management team operationally and strategically to help improve function.

CIPD 5/7 desirable for this role or equivalent experience.
