Description
FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Assistant based in Aberdeen, starting ASAP.
This is a temporary contract position on a rolling week-by-week basis, running for up to 2-3 months, but could finish earlier. This would be working Full Time hours of 37.5 hours per week, with Hybrid working available.
This is an entry-level role, working within our client's Treasury team. Candidates should be available immediately, or at short notice (1-2 weeks notice).
Main duties include:
· Processing employee personal expense claims
· Processing company cred card expenses
· Dealing with expense and credit card queries
· Assist with the payment of employee expenses
· Assist with the preparation of monthly reconciliations.
Suitable candidates should have the following:
· Analytical, organised, with good attention to detail.
· Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to strict deadlines.
· Experience of Microsoft packages including Excel, Navision, and Workday (Desirable)
· Experience of working in a similar role (Desirable)
