    Job Title: Primary School TeacherLocation: Newham, LondonStart Date: September 2024Salary: £35,000 - £47,000Are you a dedicated and passionate educator with a love for shaping young minds?Do you thrive in a vibrant and supportive school community?If so, we invite you to join our team as a Primary School Teacher at our welcoming school in Newham.Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Primary School Teachers to inspire and educate our students in Year 2 and Reception classes. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our young learners, fostering a love for learning and a strong foundation for future success.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that are stimulating, interactive, and aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Key Stage 1 curriculum.Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to reach their full potential.Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assessment tools to meet the individual learning needs of students and promote their holistic development.Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the overall well-being and academic progress of students.Foster positive relationships with students, promoting positive behavior management strategies and celebrating their achievements and milestones.Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject area (PGCE or equivalent preferred).Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of obtaining QTS.Experience working with young children in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and Key Stage 1 curriculum.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Passion for working with children and dedication to fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to a supportive school community.Benefits:Competitive salary range (£35,000 - £47,000) commensurate with experience and qualifications.Opportunities for career progression and professional development within a supportive and collaborative school environment.Two available classrooms, providing exciting opportunities to make a difference in the lives of young learners across Year 2 and Reception classes.Access to comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and employee well-being Career Teachers we are fully compliant with Agency Worker Regulations, ensuring you receive equal treatment for pay and conditions after a 12 week qualifying period.
