Our EMEA HR team is seeking a motivated and passionate HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In this unique role, you will be a key player in enabling and supporting the HR team and EMEA organisation to recruit key talent in the marketplace, as well as supporting the HR team on exciting people-focused projects.

Hybrid Working

About this fantastic role

  • Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle: postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers across the EMEA organisation.
  • Work as part of the Global Recruitment Team to ensure consistency in approach and sharing of best practices and ensure that Greenhouse (ATS) platform is being optimised in the best way.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and challenge where appropriate on the role specification and requirement.
  • Use creative sourcing techniques stemming beyond the usual avenues.
  • Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and formulate plans to fill new roles.
  • Conduct conversation with executive level leadership to identify top talent and plan for team growth.
  • Building an external talent pipeline to meet the succession requirements internally for key leadership and technical roles for the EMEA organisation.
  • Support hiring managers in using ATS platforms and troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordination of Fender Apprenticeship / Trainee schemes where appropriate.
  • Be an advocate for diverse and inclusive recruitment.

Essential Criteria

  • 2+ years inhouse recruitment / sourcing experience or agency.
  • Commitment to being a team player
  • Openness to be involved in HR projects / people focussed initiatives
  • Experience working with multiple ATS platforms and ability to utilise them fully.
  • Proven track record executing a full recruiting process from sourcing to start dates.
  • Organised and selfmotivated to prioritise with high attention to detail.
  • A natural sense of urgency and hunger to execute quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven organization.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Desirable but not essential

  • Experience of or exposure to HR teams and practices
  • CIPD qualified L3 / L5
