Our busy compliance hub, part of our Building Safety team, are responsible for the administrative processes that help us provide progressive and high-quality administration support, to ensure the safe delivery of compliance and maintenance/improvement work in our properties across the group.
In Building Safety you can make a real difference, the role of Compliance Administrator will involve:
- Liaising with internal and external customers and contractors to ensure an efficient service delivery
- Assisting contractors in gaining access to properties to carry out our responsibilities for cyclical inspections and maintenance
- Providing general administration support such as telephone call handling, document preparation, collation and filing, delivering word processing, spreadsheets, and data base services
- Processing technical specifications, including raising repairs and updating systems
- Supporting management responses to customers, investigating and monitoring customer comments, compliments and complaints
- Running performance monitoring reports and undertaking trend analysis, which will assist contract leads to monitor and enforce contracts
- Contacting customers by telephone to arrange appointments, conducting satisfaction surveys and addressing customer service issues.
As a Compliance Administrator we need you to have:
- Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Skills and tools to manage, organise and prioritise workload
- High IT skill and awareness to input, retrieve and manage data across numerous systems including Microsoft
We would be _really_

- Experience working in the housing sector
- Understanding of compliance and the implication to a housing service provider
- Experience working with external contractors or contract management
