Senior Software Engineer (GIS Specialist)

6 months contract

UK remote Working

Essential Skills:

Full stack developer (Microsoft technical stack)

Web development (
React, TypeScript, SCSS)

GIS web mapping development using JavaScript and C#(TomTom translation, GIS translation) - this is the most important out of everything

C#/.NET
Database development

Backend strength is most important


DevOps experience and understanding to be able to substitute on this side too
SQL - generic experience would be fine
Agile/Scrum (Kanban)

  • Delivery of a large transformation project
  • Experience working in the transport sector
  • Need someone as a link between the development team and the architecture team
