Commercial Finance Administrator Worcester/Hybrid

About our client
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client within the Civil Engineering sector.

They are currently looking for a Commercial Finance Administrator to be part of their dynamic team assisting with their Service operations Management team.


If you are a keen, enthusiastic, and numerate administrator looking for a nice team and working environment, this could be the post for you.


Responsible for our Service Contracts within your area, you will take responsibility for processing orders, sales and costs, in line with set out procedures and guidelines.

A keen eye for detail and accuracy are a must. You should be organised and efficient, with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


You will be required to take ownership of regular financial administrative tasks, including raising invoicing, and you may need to support the collections team on occasion, if there are any billing and payment issues.

Experience of SAP would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.


The successful applicant

  • 5 GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) to include mathematics.
  • Experience in a similar administrative position
  • Highly organised, with an ability to prioritise workload and achieve objectives
  • Numerate
  • IT literate
  • Attention to Detail and aptitude for figures and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
