Salary:
up to £40,000

Day Shifts

Hours per week: 37.5

Shift Times:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Here at Willing Care, we are seeking an experienced nurse who enjoys working in care and working with young adults (Children and Young people)_

You will be working as a Clinical Lead Nurse for one of our very established clients out in the community covering Plymouth, Exeter and other areas within Devon.

The position is home based with travel required across the designated areas

The role of a Community Clinical Lead Nurse within the Nursing Home involves:

Taking ownership and accountability for managing provision for caseload
Partnering with the Commercial team to support new and existing clients
Completing and reviewing Client Needs and Risk Assessments in line with regulatory guidance
Developing, reviewing and implementing Service User Personal Care Plans in line with regulatory guidance
Managing CYP client care packages, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance standards are met
Working in partnership with the care coordination team and recruitment to ensure clients are sufficiently resourced
Being responsible for ensuring support workers are trained and required competencies are signedoff in accordance with client needs within the skills that you have been trained and are able to delegate
There will be an expectation you delegate tasks under your nursing registration
Initiating and managing the safeguarding and regulatory notification process in line with Company policy and procedure
Managing complaints and concerns process for your clients in line with company policy and procedures
Completing investigations and disciplinary processes with support from the People team in line with company policy

Requirements for the Community Clinical Lead Nurse role:

You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification
RCN or RGN with experience working with children and younger adults.
Car owner with full UK Driving licence
Ability to travel
Experience working within a health and social care setting
Leadership Skills
Valid NMC Pin
Clear DBS
Good working knowledge of CQC regulations
Proven track record of leading a Nursing team and delivery of personcentred care, including care planning
