Bridging Case Manager Bridging FinanceLondonWe are pleased to be working with a fantastic lender, with a very exciting opportunity for an individual looking to progress within the Bridging finance industry

Main duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor milestones, key events and conditions subsequent during the term of the loanManaging clients and brokers on a daily basis via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues and propose remediation plans.

Identifying and appointing administrators or receivers where appropriateManaging relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers and administrators on a regular basisDealing with any breaches or non compliance of the loan terms and chasing clients for payment or compliancePrepare redemption statementsDeal with any further advances or extensions requiredBuild relationships with Key Partners and Investors
