Description

Management Accountant duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reporting into the Senior Accountant
  • Provide support and cover to the Finance Manager when required
  • Responsible for providing proactive financial advice and support
  • Setting and monitoring budgets alongside management
  • Complete monthly reporting
  • Prepare annual accounts
  • Responsible for reconciliation
  • Undertake systems administration including production of relevant reports
  • Work with a collaborative approach

Experience sought:


  • AAT qualified / part qualified or qualified accountant
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • Working within a finance team preferably within a similar public sector organisation
  • Experience of producing management accounts

Working schedule / benefits:


  • Full time working 37 hours per week
