Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cake decorator in the cake industry.
• Proficiency in working with buttercream, cream cheese icing, chocolate ganache, and fondant.
• Ability to work in a very fastpaced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Experience in stacking tiered cakes and various types of wedding cakes.
• Familiarity with using isomalt and creating cake figurines and sugar flowers.
• Macaroon skills would be highly desiran;e.

Responsibilities:

• Decorate cakes using various techniques, including piping, sculpting, and moulding.
• Ensure the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to fulfil orders and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of cake decoration.
• Stay updated with current trends and techniques in the cake decorating industry.

£11.00-£13.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• London, NW10 6PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
