    Description


    We are currently looking for a Paraplanner to join our clients, a highly successful and expanding practice in the Chester area.

    The role is available on a hybrid working basis, therefore can offer remote working for part of the weekOur clients offer excellent career progression in a professional and friendly working environment, where you will work alongside a team of paraplanners.

    The successful candidate would ideally be Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards, with experience in providing technical support in a Financial Planning firm.

    The successful Paraplanner will be offered: Basic Salary between £30,000 - £40,000Study material/Exams paidStaff eventsGreat Progression OpportunitiesAnnual Pay ReviewTo be considered for the Paraplanner role you must have:Previous experience working within an IFA practiceOrganised and methodical with excellent attention to detailAbility to prioritise, meet targets and deadlinesEffective communication skills both written and verbalStrong analytical and numerical skillsStrong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookResponsibilities for the role of Paraplanner: Preparing analysis of the client's existing portfolioProvision of technical support to AdvisersCompleting calculations (i.e., income tax, IHT, Capital Gains Tax, Lifetime Allowance, PensionAnnual Allowance, Carry Forward, Chargeable Gains, Cashflow Modelling etc.)Working closely with the Adviser to research and formulate appropriate advicePreparation of Recommendation Reports and supplementary documentationAdherence to compliance procedures, core values and high standards of client serviceRegular liaison with product providers, account managers and clientsDevelop and maintain knowledge and understanding of financial products and markets to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needsDue to the high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
