London offices (development & investment), has a current portfolio with AuM of > £1Bn, and as it enters a growth phase in 2023, will be activelyacquiring assets to grow the portfolio in the short and mediumterm.

To facilitate this growth, and support future transactions, it is seeking an Associate with excellent financial analysis skillls and understanding of real estate.

Day-to-day, the role will involve extensive modelling of asset level and group cashflows, creation of business plans and investment models, identification of asset management opportunities, debt sourcing and management, feasibility studies and feeding intointernal and external reporting.

This role would suit an ambitious, highly numerate real estate investment professional with c.

3 to 5 years' relevant experience, or alternatively someone with corporate finance experience and an interest in working in real estate.

Exceptional Excel skills are essential (and will be tested).
