Location:
Dudley (DY1 4DA).


Salary:
Competitive.


Contract:
Part time, 20 hours per week, permanent.

Hayley 247 Engineering Services specialise in providing a comprehensive range of reactive and planned mechanical engineering services to a broad and diverse range of industry sectors.

We are a busy and steadily growing company in need of a Accounts Administrator.

The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, goods received notes, resolving supplier queries and providing general office assistance to the Head Office and Finance Team.


Accounts Administrator - Main duties (not limited to):

The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, goods received notes, resolving supplier queries and providing general office assistance to the Head Office and Finance Team.


Main Duties:


  • Processing and matching purchase invoices and goods received notes onto the Sage system
  • Generally assisting the Head Office and Accounts team with administrative duties
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • General adhoc duties as and when required
This is a newly created role within the finance team which is offered on a part time basis. There will be the opportunity of flexible working hours and days to fit the requirements of the business.


Where a reasonable amendment to the main responsibilities of the role is necessary, you will be expected to undertake these additional duties as required for the successful completion of job.


What we need from you:


  • Hold GCSE level education or equivalent
  • Experience of Sage 50/200
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve queries
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • A natural team player
