- Work under the guidance of the psychologist and headteacher to provide therapeutic support to students at Cambian Northampton School.
- Offer low-level psychological interventions and consultations as directed.
- Collaborate closely with operational staff, including teachers, SENCO, Pastoral Coordinator, and the Head Teacher.
- Organize therapy and social groups/one-on-one sessions within the school and outreach settings.
- Plan and organize therapy groups in consultation with the psychologist and headteacher.
- Conduct informal observations of students within lessons and assist in planning actions to support integration, behavior, and emotional literacy.
- Maintain accurate records under the supervision of the psychologist and headteacher.
- Provide staff training on mental health topics and associated behaviors.
- Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as needed.
- Support students in achieving their full potential and future success.
- Maintain reliable punctuality and attendance, following a flexible work schedule as necessary.
- Adhere to Cambian Group policies and procedures.
- Be vigilant to prevent and report any incidents of abuse promptly.
- Participate in performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Receive regular clinical supervision from the psychologist.
- Uphold confidentiality standards and respect individual differences.
- Promote equal opportunities and foster positive relationships within the team.
- Undertake additional tasks compatible with the role objectives.
