A leading managed services provider in the legal market, based in Central London is hiring a Junior Support Analyst.
Having been behind some of the most innovative and successful law firm launches in recent years and building long-term relationships with animpressive client base.
They have an intent to build upon an existing cloud-first strategy and to embrace an infrastructure run almost entirely from Microsoft Azure.
Position OverviewResponsibilities:
- Providing onsite and remote assistance for the company and their clients
- Providing day to day IT troubleshooting and proactive advice
- Completing all regular scheduled visits and tasks, per the applicable Service Level Agreements
- Assisting in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems
- Have ideally worked within a client facing capacity within a professional services firm
- Three years' experience gained within a previous support role
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft 365 Suite
- Exchange Online, Outlook, Word, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint etc.
- Mobile Device Management (Intune)
- Configuration of hardware and the deployment of equipment
- Basic networking and communications (LAN/WAN)
- Incident detection, analysis, resolution, and communication
