Key Tasks
The post holder will be required to do the following:
- Design and Build of various networks across all security level networks
- Installation and Configuration of switches, routers, cryptography and other network devices.
Essentials Experience:
- Experience of Cisco technologies including Routing, Switching, VoIP and Video Conferencing
- Experience of Cisco protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and GRE
- Experience of Juniper and Cisco security and firewall devices
- Experience of load balancer technology including F5 Big-IP
- Experience of Cisco Nexus class switches
Desirables:
- Experience of network design within a secure environment
- Experience of failover testing, resilience and redundancy methodology
- Experience of network monitoring and automation tools
- CCNA Certification
