Description
Job Overview
We are searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Community Staff Nurse to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team in the Anglesey Area. The ideal candidate will assist the Health Visiting Team in delivering services aligned with the Healthy Child Wales Programme set by the Welsh Government. Responsibilities include carrying out delegated tasks, offering parenting support, and participating in the public health program.
This position is fixed-term for several months to meet service requirements, subject to review closer to the contract's end. It is considered a developmental role, with potential for the successful candidate to enroll in the SCPHN training course.
Main Duties of the Job
We provide an induction, preceptorship programme, regular managerial supervision, and safeguarding oversight from our Clinical Nurse Specialist Safeguarding.
The ability to speak Welsh is a requirement for this role.
