Are you looking for a great opportunity within the Construction Sector which allows you to grow and develop? Our client based in Ringwood are looking for a Trainee Estimator to join their fast growing company.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assist with estimating of new projects, and eventually estimating projects unsupervised.
  • Assisting in the development and understanding of technical practices and stages of a project.
  • Participate in strategic planning.
  • Provide administrative support (e.g. documentation, data entry, etc.).

Skills and Attributes:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of word and excel. The position also demands a high level of mathematical / numerical competency and communication skills.
  • Approach to problem solving
  • Keen to progress within a successful business

Training and Development:


  • Use of company vehicle (or reimbursement for use of your own vehicle), for business related travel
  • Reading drawings
  • Designing projects
  • Pricing projects
  • Estimating
  • CAD Design
  • Health & Safety


This is a demanding but rewarding role, with varied working hours however the core office hours will be Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Flexibility is a must as the diversity of this role also includes travelling to different sites across the UK.

Full Driving License required.
