    The Chief Operating Office is the 'engine room' and spine of the Agency and provides a range of services that support both operational and change delivery across the organisation.

    Having recognised the need for an effective portfolio management function to connect the Agency's project delivery to its strategic objectives, the Chief Operating Office has established a new Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) and is now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Portfolio Support Manager.

    The Portfolio Support Manager will play a critical role in supporting the success of the EPMO team by enabling the delivery and assurance of the Change Portfolio for the benefit of our internal and external users.

    This is an opportunity to join a new EPMO team and to help shape both its future and the way change is managed in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose.

    The successful candidate will be joining a newly formed, small, but enthusiastic team who are committed to building and growing a successful EPMO function and making a positive impact in terms of how the Agency delivers change.

    This role will suit a change professional with experience of working in change projects, programmes or portfolio, preferably in the public sector.

    This role can also be a learning opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in a change environment.

    You will be comfortable communicating with colleagues and stakeholders at a various levels, and able to build strong networks across the Agency and project delivery community
