- Review and agree on contract terms ensuring compliance with Skanska Legal and CSL governance.
- Administer a variety of contract forms including NEC and JCT, negotiating favorable alternatives as needed.
- Conduct full commercial and contract administration for projects, from tender to final account.
- Manage risk and opportunity processes in alignment with company procedures.
- Provide support and training on commercial and contract issues to site staff.
- Extensive commercial and contract experience with piling expertise.
- Experience in main contracting and familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts.
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field, preferably RICS accredited.
