    Skanska - Hiring Senior Quantity Surveyor for Ground Engineering Team

    As part of our global community of experts, you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting engineering projects worldwide.

    You'll:

    • Review and agree on contract terms ensuring compliance with Skanska Legal and CSL governance.
    • Administer a variety of contract forms including NEC and JCT, negotiating favorable alternatives as needed.
    • Conduct full commercial and contract administration for projects, from tender to final account.
    • Manage risk and opportunity processes in alignment with company procedures.
    • Provide support and training on commercial and contract issues to site staff.

    We're looking for:

    • Extensive commercial and contract experience with piling expertise.
    • Experience in main contracting and familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts.
    • Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field, preferably RICS accredited.
