We are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our team. The job will based in Runcorn head office and it is for 5 days a week full time.Client Details
We have partnered with a client in the Runcorn area who manufacture components for vehicles. They have been established for over 75 years and work with customers across the UK, Ireland and into Europe. Their payroll is a small payroll of 300 employees whoare paid weekly and monthly.
Description
- Responsible for processing a weekly and monthly payroll to ensure efficient and accurate processing
- To process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll and time management systems
- To prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensuring time and attendance is inputted correctly
- Ensuring pay codes and overt time are correct
- General administration and other duties commensurate with the role
Profile
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Competent with Microsoft Office.
- Experience of highvolume payroll processing
- Experience of administering a highvolume weekly payroll.
Job Offer
- Permanent role
- 8.30am to 4.45pm Monday to Thursday
- 8.30am to 3.30pm Every Friday
- Free car parking on site
- 23 Days hols plus BH
