Sales Administrator


Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000


Location:
Basingstoke


My Client is currently looking to expand their small team by taking on a new exiciting role as a Sales Administrator, this role will be to support the Sales team by liaising with Suppliers & Customers whilst following the sales order process.


Duties:


  • Customer liaison & support
  • Order Processing
  • Liaison with Production & Warehouse
  • Checking order & delivery schedules
  • Invoicing
  • Export paperwork
  • Booking & liaising with shipping companies
  • Generating weekly sales reports
  • Assisting Accounts Manager
  • General office duties

Experience:


  • Minimum 5 years sales administration experience
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 or similar
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of export procedures

Working Hours & Benefits:


Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30, one hour lunch.


Holiday:25 days annual leave in addition to public holidays, rising to 28 days after 2 years' service.
