Glenevin has been developing and maintaining infrastructure across the UK since our formation in 2013. We specialise in Utilities (Power, Telecoms, etc), Civil Engineering, Traffic Management, and infrastructure. We have grown our business on a foundation of expertise, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

Due to new partnerships, exciting opportunities have arisen for Client Liaison Officer for our central Scotland operations.

As Client Liaison Officer, you will be an essential member of our operations team and will aid with all aspects of engagement with both our immediate clients and particularly relevant local authorities.

You must be a resident in the UK at the time of this advertisement and hold necessary paperwork to prove this.
As Client Liaison Officer you will be responsible for:

Reporting to Contracts Manager
Liaising with programme and ops teams as required to support the build
Attendance at internal, client and council calls as required
Council Liaison for Edinburgh management of client, council relations and internal requirements permissions etc
Management of KPIs
Conform with all company policies.

Experience and Requirements

Strong track record of a liaison role including private and local authority experience
Working knowledge of how Local Authorities operate including
Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders
Permissions and Permits
Relevant legislative knowledge (Road (Scotland) Act, Traffic Regulation Act, NRSWA).

Essential:

Professional membership of a relevant Civil Engineering body.

Desirable:

Professional membership of a relevant Civil Engineering body.
