Description and requirements:
Our Building Services team are looking for a Contract Support commercial Administrator to join the team at one of our projects within the commercial property maintenance team.
The purpose of the role will be to ensure that the buildings conform to all legislations whilst remaining functional to all stake holders.

You'll:
- To support Business Support Manager and the Commercial team and always providing a professional service.
- Collating financial information for Business Support Manager and Commercial Team
- Paying subcontractors in line with prompt payment charter including requesting regular statements of account to keep on top of payments.
- Assist with monitoring cost accruals
- Assisting with mobilisation/demobilisation of contracts (final accounting subcontractors) when required
- Raising orders / general procurement to include requisitions (in oracle) and recommendation forms
- Understanding the contract, including scope and terms and conditions
- Keeping accurate financial records and ensuring these are continuously up to date
- Reconciling costs that hit the contract including auto receipted suppliers costs to be captured on cost log
- Assisting when needed with drafting subcontract agreements
- Issuing Weekly AP reports
- Resolving queries with payments
- Liaising with subcontractors to ensure correct invoice process is followed
- Monitoring order values and distributing to site admins for PO Uplifts
- Resolving queries with the ERP system
- Any other reasonable requests from your line manager and commercial leads
We're looking for:
- Experience of working in the maintenance industry
- Experienced in CAFM systems
- Experience with ERP system
- An experienced, wellpresented and confident person, capable of working on own initiative and providing a professional service to Clients.
- A mature attitude, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively.
- Experience of working with FM Contracts, Commercial Contracts / Construction contracts
- Working knowledge of FM Sectors or comparable experience preferred.
- Experience with management of subcontractors.
- Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities
- Technical commercial knowledge and decisiveness.
- Experience and competence with key I.T software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
