THE ROLE:

Due to expansion, this leading Legal 500 rated practice is keen to recruit an ambitious Corporate Commercial Lawyer to deal with a full and varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters.

The firm are open to hearing from individuals who specialise incorporate or commercial matters or a mix of both as there is a very busy caseload of matters for the appointed individual to undertake.

The corporate commercial team covers the broad remit of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions,share reorganisations, demergers, joint ventures, technology contracts, commercial contracts, intellectual property and data protection matters.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideal Corporate and Commercial Lawyers will either be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years
PQE in dealing with a varied caseload of either corporate and/or commercial matters.

As the chosen Corporate Commercial Lawyer you will have gained asoundtrack record in dealing with the broad spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions and will have worked within a leading regional or city practice renowned for this type of work.
