Supply Planning Executive (UK Breweries)

Asahi UK are currently recruiting for a
Supply Planning Executive to support our
UK Breweries.

The Supply Planning Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining target stock levels across all warehouses. Planning the outbounds from production sites and inter company warehouse movements.

The role also includes assisting in the 13 week planning process with the Breweries and being able to cover the complete process, Planning third party production sites and maintaining Master data.

Key Accountabilities:

Maintaining target stock levels across all warehouses for UK Brewery sku's to help meet company customer service level targets
Assist and be able to cover 13 week planning process with production sites
Plan outbounds from Production sites to Warehouses
Proactively managing any stock outs/service level issues to minimise business impact
Plan third party production sku's
Analyse and challenge demand at Warehouse and total level based on published forecast and actual sales.
Master data input and Management
Manage seasonal product launches
Highlight short dated and demand risk products minimising stock write off and meeting company targets

Experience Required

Preferable to have supply planning and/or operational planning experience in an FMCG environment
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
Customer or supplier relationship management experience
Knowledge of working with MRP systems (preferably SAP)
