Lusona is recruiting a Finance Assistant to join our client at their office in Bellshill. This is a hybrid role where you will be office based 3 days per week.

In this role, you will have a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Daily running of the purchase ledger
  • managing accounts payable inbox, checking PO's to process invoices, processing expenses, coding invoices for other divisions in the group, sending invoices to the relevant departments
  • You will also have some sales ledger responsibilities including raising weekly access sales invoices and electricity recharge invoices
  • Daily banking reconciliations and daily cash postings to cash book, sales and purchase ledgers
  • Setting up month end balance sheet spreadsheets and spreadsheets used for the calculations of accruals and prepayments
Suitable applicants will be experienced in using Microsoft Excel and Sage 200 Accountancy Package.
