Lusona is recruiting a Finance Assistant to join our client at their office in Bellshill. This is a hybrid role where you will be office based 3 days per week.In this role, you will have a variety of responsibilities including:
- Daily running of the purchase ledger
- managing accounts payable inbox, checking PO's to process invoices, processing expenses, coding invoices for other divisions in the group, sending invoices to the relevant departments
- You will also have some sales ledger responsibilities including raising weekly access sales invoices and electricity recharge invoices
- Daily banking reconciliations and daily cash postings to cash book, sales and purchase ledgers
- Setting up month end balance sheet spreadsheets and spreadsheets used for the calculations of accruals and prepayments
