Lusona is working with our client to recruit a Payroll Manager to join a leading corporate firm in their modern offices in Glasgow city centre.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider whoprocesses the payroll for over 1500 employees on a monthly basis.

Main responsibilities include:

Producing reports in Excel
Producing pivot tables and formulas
Keeping up to date on legislation and always following best practice
Overseeing each stage of the payroll process ensuring compliance with due processes and procedures
Line manage the payroll team
Be the main point of contact for any payroll queries
Liaise with other departments to exercise financial control, monitoring, reconciling
