Description
Are you an IT support engineer with at least 2 year's of experience? An award-winning creative agency is looking for an IT helpdesk analyst to join their team on a 6-month FTC

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provisioning of new user's accounts
  • Deploying new computers and mobile devices
  • Deprovisioning user accounts for leavers
  • Repurposing hardware
  • Create documentation and guides for users
  • Maintain accurate inventory of asset management system hardware and software
  • Management of loan equipment and accessories stock levels ensuring equipment is always available to staff
  • Adhere to and uphold IT policies and procedures
  • Log and maintain an accurate record of support tickets through the IT Helpdesk system
  • Provide a broad range of technical support to 160+ users
  • Provide functional technical support for hardware and software both facetoface and remotely
  • Ensure IT services are always accessible to users
  • Provide support for reprographic equipment such as printers, escalating to external engineers when required
  • Support video conferencing platforms and equipment
  • Provide weekly status reports on ongoing user issues and raise common problems that can be addressed to prevent future occurrences
  • Train and assist users in several different software packages
  • Ad Hoc IT tasks as and when required

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding and working knowledge of MAC OS 10 & Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel and Word, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud


  • Office 36

  • Experience with JAMF/Okta is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of PC and laptop hardware setup and configuration.
  • Able to navigate and set up iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
  • Able to learn how systems operate, how they are administered, and how to troubleshoot.
  • Work within standard IT development frameworks, documents work, and understand the value it adds.
