Job Title: 3rd Line Wintel Systems Administrator

Function:
Provide 3rd line infrastructure support

Location:
Croydon, London 5 days on site (flex)

Rate:
£585 via umbrella company

Role


The open position is to work as part of the third line infrastructure support team, supporting all technologies that the business use.

The team is small, so the role is demanding and requires an enthusiastic multi-skilled person.


Qualifications and Experience:


Essential

  • Qualified MCITP
  • ITIL qualified to Foundation Level
  • Strong Working knowledge of Office 36
  • Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, IaaS, SaaS and PaaS.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, AAD, Windows Server, Cloud Backup Solutions and Cloud Computing Principals.
  • Familiarity with and experience working to the ISO/IEC 27001 standards
  • Experience of working to tight SLA/OLA's and deadlines
  • Experience of change management process
  • Able to gather and analyse information
  • Able to determine service impacts and risks
  • Able to understand and articulate complex ideas
  • Logical and rational approach to problems
  • Able to prepare and deliver management briefings
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills and able to communicate at all levels, technical and nontechnical

Advantageous

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager/MDM solutions.
  • Working knowledge of hardware (Servers, Blade Enclosures and Storage Arrays)
  • Experience of working with monitoring tools (SCOM and HP Insight Dynamics)
  • Working knowledge of Networking and Firewalls
