St Lukes Primary School - School Caretaker - Liberty Way, Runwell, Essex SS11 7LH.

School Caretaker Working 39 Weeks Term Time With 3 Weeks Closure Maintenance -Totalling To 42 Weeks Per Year + 5 Weeks Holiday Pay (Including Bank Holidays).

Working Hours:
You Will Be Working 3 Hours Per Day, 5 Days A Week. Monday - Friday - 7:00AM - 10:00AM. (Starting Hours To Be Flexible Subject To Schools Requirements).

Pay Information:
Monthly Pro Rata Pay £640.38

Paid On The Last Day Of The Month.

Driving Is Essential For This Role As Located In Rural Location.

We are delighted to be able to offer a School Caretaker role in a lovely primary school based in Runwell Essex.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to be part of a dedicated team and with a strong desire to become part of a school community.

It is a general school keeper's role (opening/closing, general maintenance, deliveries, minor repairs, distributing deliveries, some cleaning duties ( emergency sickness and toilets), being a nice collegiate person with a good sense of humour to work in a friendly team.

Caretaking experience within a school setting
Clean DBS
To carry out minor repairs around the school
Have good attention to detail
Be able to work independently and use own initiative
Demonstrate a reliable and responsible approach
