The Role:
Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location:
Kettering

Contract:
Permanent part time working hours per week

Salary:
£17-£19 per hour dependent on experience. Plus bonus scheme.

Our client are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources department and oversee their recruitment of qualified lawyers.

The role:

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Job description:

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews
Design job descriptions and potentially assist with interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Work with our Award winning Marketing Team on any events and employer branding initiatives
Occasional assistance with and attendance at networking, job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations
Experience of the legal sector is an advantage, a willingness to learn and understand the various different fields offered by the firm is essential.
Some travel between offices may be required. Driving licence essential.

Hours:

Example: 5 days per week - working 4-5 hours per day or 3 days per week working 6-6.5 hours per week etc
