    Design Thinking & Growth Strategy

    We require thought leadership, best practice methodology and candidates with the ability to facilitate workshops to create strategies that help our clients reach their full potential.​

    Business Development

    As this is a new role within the country, there will be an expectation to leverage capability in other countries initially and be the lead for new work brought through collaboration with other partners in the group, or individually where you have the competency to support new business conversion, developing new leads independently

    Ability to scale up a team

    We require someone with to drive to bring best practice principles and in the first instance be able to leverage resources in other countries while having demonstrable experience in identifying the right type of talent and skillsets in new hires around whom to create and scale up a team.

    Design & iXD

    Our people need to have expertise in development of brand identity and strategic communications, to support content generation to drive demand, UX and product design.

    Consumer Apps & Business Products​

    We require candidates who can create consumer products across technology stacks to drive long-term value for our clients.

    Performance & Data Marketing

    Our teams work with our data science team leveraging AI, to extract value in areas such as media mix modelling, customer lifetime value, the voice of the customer, loyalty, segmentation, and personalisation.

    Emerging Tech

    Our people need to be able to assist clients in understanding how web3, AR, VR, GenAI and other tools can be used to innovate and reach new audiences to accelerate growth.

    Communications & Reporting

    Compelling narratives are key to driving accountability, we focus on turning complex data sets into meaningful inspiration.

    Job Description

    In a rapidly changing technology environment, organizations face the need to transform their processes and systems to meet emerging business requirements. This digital transformation demands specific expertise and a set of practices to align business focus with technology solutions.

    Supporting the biggest names in the UK&I with our expertise in strategy consulting, we are looking to meet talented, innovative Digital Product Managers, developers, or content creators who are able to:

    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for UX / UI prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
    • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
    • Develop differentiating product positioning and messaging across primary market segments
    • Work with Product Owners, marketing, design, and engineering teams to implement required business solutions
    • Can build or design applications in support of automating or optimising repetitive manual business activities
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
    • Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
    • Define product roadmap as well as Goals/Metrics, as well as methodology and tools to measure these metrics
    • Partner with program managers and cross-functional partners to consolidate the coordination, tracking and communication of project requirements, priorities, roadmaps, milestones and status to key stakeholders
    • Review new requirements and assess potential integration needs for new builds or third-party software
    • As a senior team member, you will be expected to take a leadership role, overseeing small teams to produce client deliverables, and coaching other team members
    • Build internal customer & stakeholders relationships to manage expectations and agree on clear objectives and timelines
    Qualifications

    We are looking for top-notch Product Managers, Program Managers, or Producers who can identify the customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfil; can articulate what success looks like for a product; and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality.

    This high-calibre talent also:

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, UX/UI design, or related field has a Master's degree in product design or engineering
    • Previous software and web development experience, in-depth understanding of coding languages (Java, JavaScript).
    • Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
    • Proven experience working as a product developer in a non-managerial role
    • Demonstrable knowledge in SEM and online advertising
    • Can communicate with engineering and design teams
    • Skillfully combines product planning and marketing to manage a projects entire life cycle
    • Highly proficient in verbal and written English
