- Manage the end-to-end membership application process, including being the first point of contact for membership applications, ensuring supporting documentation is in place, and evaluating applications for compliance.
- Input, track, and maintain application data using Microsoft Dynamics and other relevant platforms such as Xero and WordPress.
- Liaise with the Executive Office regarding progress, approvals, and rejections.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Membership Team by managing the inbox and diary, drafting presentations, preparing agendas, and attending events and meetings.
- Send invitations to prospective applicants and answer queries, resolving any issues related to the application process.
- Present Business Development with leads and assist with the onboarding of applicants.
- Prior membership or standards experience, with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-confident in using a variety of software platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive mindset with a collaborative approach and helpful attitude.

We at Signature Recruitment are seeking a Membership Administrator to join our client's growing team. This is a temporary role to start immediately for 4 weeks but could be extended. Based in London, this role offers the opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the organisation's global membership base. This is a remote role, with one day for training in the office on the first day and the rest working from home.
