Join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant (360/New Business Development)

City of London (on-site)

We are looking for someone who is sales orientated, passionate and motivated by targets, to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Here at Frank Recruitment we have an opportunity to join one of our highly successful contract recruitment teams in London, where you will get to work alongside some of our top billers.

Having been established since 2006, Frank Recruitment Group are a global leader specialising in the cloud tech industry, we pride ourselves in being able to offer our clients exceptional service and quality candidates for their business needs.

Joining us, you would be undertaking a full 360 recruitment role, your main responsibilities will be to help bring on new clients to build your reputation in the market and to source suitable candidates for your clients' vacancies. You will source and win new business through proactive sales calls (cold calling and warm leads), and lead generation.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, providing insight into market trends and developing your knowledge and understanding of your market through proactive learning and research, to enable you to become a credible 'go to' person for your clients and candidates

What we are looking for:

Experience working to and exceeding sales targets (direct sales, outbound contact centres for example, but not limited to this)
The ability to work outside of 9-5 when needed (our candidates are often at work during the day and you won't always be able to speak to them during working hours).
Able to deliver a best in class professional service to both clients and candidates
Confident and outgoing personality
Dedicated and determined to succeed. This is key, as recruitment, like any sales role, can have good days as well as bad
Talented individuals who are passionate and highly motivated

OTE - £30-50k in your first two years.

This would be for a full time, permanent position, based full time out of our City of London office - close to Bank, Monument and Tower Hill tube stations.
