  • NVQ Level 3 painting and decorating
  • Or Experience Served
  • Tiling
  • Basic Plumbing
  • Basic Joinery
  • CSCS Card
  • Full UK driving License
  • Own Hand tools
  • Previous experience within the new build after care sector
  • Good Customer service skills
