Radius Insurance Solutions is part of Radius Payment Solutions, a diversified supplier of insurance, telecoms, fuel cards, vehicle tracking, EV Charging, and other key business services to companies of all sizes worldwide.


As an insurance broker which specialises in motor fleets throughout the UK, we are expanding our claims team at our Belshill office and are looking for a Claims Handler to join our team.

Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry in a claims handler role? If so then we want to hear from you


What would your day to day look like?

  • Producing and presenting reports as and when required by clients, Service Inspectors, insurers or colleagues
  • Answering the telephone, using own judgement on the referral of callers to Service Inspectors ensuring that information given is accurately recorded
  • Making written records of all conversations with customers and/or insurers, or other relevant business contacts in accordance with the firm's procedures manual
  • Liaise with and advise customers on claims procedures
  • Creating new claims files and claim entries + updating claims payments

What do we expect of you?

  • Knowledge of FCA rules and guidelines relating to commercial/private customers
  • Knowledge of general insurance and its underlying legal principles
  • Minimum of 2 years claims handling experience preferably within an Insurer
  • Willingness to continue to develop knowledge of insurance, claims and related issues through formal and informal learning both internal to the firm and externally
