Do you have customer service experience? Are you looking for a new challenge? Can you start work immediately? If so then we would love to hear from you

Working on site at a distribution depot in Dundee, you will become a key member of the customer service team and you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
  • Adhering to company compliance and escalating any discrepancies.
  • Inputting and updating Data.
  • Actively managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to customers.
  • Prioritising workload, ensuring a timely response to all customer queries via the central system.

You must:

  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Be comfortable with Microsoft Excel
  • Be adaptable to change and new systems
  • Have experience in a Customer Service setting (officebased, retail, hospitality)

In return our client offers:

  • An hourly rate of £9.50ph
  • Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
  • Ongoing temporary work.
