Customer Resolutions Advisor - Dundee, United Kingdom - Huntress
Description
Do you have customer service experience? Are you looking for a new challenge? Can you start work immediately? If so then we would love to hear from youWorking on site at a distribution depot in Dundee, you will become a key member of the customer service team and you will be responsible for:
- Conducting investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
- Adhering to company compliance and escalating any discrepancies.
- Inputting and updating Data.
- Actively managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to customers.
- Prioritising workload, ensuring a timely response to all customer queries via the central system.
You must:
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
- Be comfortable with Microsoft Excel
- Be adaptable to change and new systems
- Have experience in a Customer Service setting (officebased, retail, hospitality)
In return our client offers:
- An hourly rate of £9.50ph
- Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
- Ongoing temporary work.
