**Role

MS Dynamics / ERP Consultant**
Duration: Permanent

Location:
Evesham; Hybrid _fully_onsite for initial handover period_

Hours:
Full time, Mon-Fri

Pay Rate:
£35,000 - £40,000pa _KPI bonuses available_

Providing support to a large ERP user base
Working through daytoday issues or liaising with ERP system support partner where necessary
Supporting future upgrades of the current ERP system
Identifying new opportunities to maximise the benefits of MS Business Center
Providing user training and associated documentation where required
Providing service reporting and metrics to IT Management and the wider Business
Managing and meeting expectations of stakeholders involved in wider projects that may involve MS BC
Providing support to other team members by sharing workload, resources, and knowledge
Demonstrable experience in user support of an ERP System (Business Central is advantageous but nonessential)
Experience with MS Dynamics
Exposure to SQL desirable
Ability to communicate with people at all levels within the business
Ability to communicate and build relationships with the software providers
Keen organisation, and prioritisation with ability to employ own initiative
Hybrid working pattern, with onsite for initial handover period
