Here at Atlanta, part of the Ardonagh Group we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced internal recruiter to join our fast paced and lively resourcing team as a Resourcing Consultant.

This is a full time permanent position, based in either Manchester or Stoke with flexible and hybrid working options available.

About the role:

As an Atlanta Resourcing Consultant you'll recruit talent for our support functions across the business, partnering closely with key business stakeholders.

At Atlanta we don't have a passive recruitment style; we're proactive, curious and take a collaborative approach with both the market and our internal stakeholders.

Working in collaboration with our People Partners to ensure overall recruitment demands are met, you'll shape and plan innovative solutions to source talent via various channels including LinkedIn recruiter, social media, job boards and external agencies for specialist roles.

An excellent communicator, you'll provide ongoing market and industry insight, ensuring a continuous understanding of market changes.

What we're looking for:

At least two years recruitment experience in a fast paced agile business
Knowledge of and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Glassdoor
Experience of working with external agencies to fill specialist roles
A natural communicator with the ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
