The role

You'll be working in the team responsible for the delivery of major works, building compliance, day to day repairs and estate services (cleaning and gardening).

We are seeking to improve the way we deliver our services and improve customer satisfaction.

Complaints has an increasingly high public profile, and we want to ensure that where a customer has cause to make a complaint, it is robustly investigated, and they receive a qualitative, comprehensive response.

To achieve this, we have created a complaints team within our department that will work closely with support from colleagues, to effectively manage our customer responses.


As a Complaint Officer, you will be responsible for investigating and responding to, complaints that have been allocated to you.

You will need to be able to prioritise your casework and have good communication and interpersonal skills.

The location


Working as an Property Services Complaints Officer, you'll be based at any of the Group's main offices but expected to work agile.

As part of our hybrid set-up, you'll have the flexibility to work from home as part of your working week.

So, we'll provide you with all the equipment you need in your role.
