TENDER WRITER
Our client is an extremely established privately owned organisation who also have 13 satellite offices throughout the UK. Due to the influx of business, they are looking for an experienced Tender Writer to join them on an ongoing Temporary basis
The Role
- Manage and maintain centralised resources such as technical specifications and product information (SharePoint)
- Manage and update tender portals
- Collate and check documentation within the tendering and contract process
- Supporting the Project Manager with the management and delivery of timebound strategic and often multimodal led tenders and proposals.
- Supporting the drafting of compelling tender submissions and proposals
- Office support, when required
Requirements:
- Previous Tender writing experience
- Previous experience of tender alert services and portals
- An understanding of CRM Systems, ideally Salesforce, in conjunction with the pre sales/sales process. Familiarity with sales and how to structure and work with sales funnel
