It transforms the complicated ideas often encountered in these industries into easy, quick and visually impactful business diagrams.

From corporate structure charts and step plans to organisation charts and privacy and data flows, Jigsaw allows its users to quickly create, manipulate and present a variety of beautiful, data-rich diagrams.

Jigsaw was founded by two ex-city professionals who trained at top UK and US global law firms.

This is their second joint venture; their first was acquired by a US private equity firm and went on to become a billion-dollar company and a household name in law firms across the world.

Are you interested in the inner workings of a rapidly growing scale-up, and finding out what it takes to actually run a company? As a Legal Operations Associate, you will be part of a small but dedicated team working to pave the road to an eventual acquisition.

You will work closely with the C-Suite, Finance, and People teams and assist with a wide variety of tasks in three broad areas:
legal, investor relations, and compliance.

You'll be involved with

  • Assisting with customer and other thirdparty due diligence processes
  • Commercial contract review and other legal secretarial tasks
  • Review of company policies
  • Ensuring a culture of compliance and data protection within the business
  • Any other tasks essential to the smooth operation of the business

You'll need
No prior experience in company legal operations, although this could be beneficial.

We're happy to teach you everything you need to know as long as you have a strong desire to learn, and the following attributes:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent reading skills (the ability to read a range of written information in various styles and levels of technical complexity, with a view to understanding and extracting relevant information)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A demonstrable interest in entrepreneurialism and professional services industry is not required but weighted favourably
